Our role
We act as a fiduciary financing institution. We channel capital from institutional investment funds towards eligible financing programs and do not provide investment advice or act as a broker.
Financing terms
Financing is granted subject to eligibility assessment, documentation and approval. The applicable interest rate, amount, term and repayment schedule are set out in the offer issued for each approved file.
Eligible purposes
Financing may be granted to businesses investing in productive assets, including equipment and working tools, and to individuals investing in rental and speculative real estate, subject to the conditions of each program.
Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, to use financed amounts only for the approved purpose, and to meet your repayment obligations on the agreed schedule.
Governing structure
The platform is operated under a fiduciary framework headquartered in Qatar, with a subsidiary incorporated in Delaware, United States. Governing law and jurisdiction are stated in each financing agreement.
